Grace can be defined as the free and unmerited favour of God as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowing of blessings. Grace is a very common theme in the Bible, and it culminates in the New Testament with the coming of Jesus (John 1:17). The word translated "grace" in the New Testament comes from the Greek word charis, which means “favor, blessing, or kindness.” We can all extend grace to others; but when the word grace is used in connection with God, it takes on a more powerful meaning. Grace is God choosing to bless us rather than curse us as our sin deserves. It is His benevolence to the undeserving. Grace is unmerited mercy that God gave to humanity by sending his son to die on a cross, thus delivering eternal salvation. It is an unmerited favour because we did not deserve it. Shea Butter Insight The Shea Tree (Butyrospermum parkii or Vitellaria paradoxa ) occurs in a geographical band of sub sarah Countries including Mali, Cameroon, Congo, C^ote d ' Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Togo, Nigeria, Senegal, Sudan, Burkina Faso and Uganda.
